The magic clinched the Regular Season Championship on Sunday.

The Magic beat Black Magic with a score of 7-2 thanks to a total team effort.   Unfortunately Haley Andrews received a Red Card for punching out Brian Fickler and cannot play against the Red Island Monkeys.

In the second game to follow, The Magic again showed their prowess over the rest of the league by beating the Red Island Monkeys by a score of 8 to 3.  Paul Cuthbert was clearly upset and it showed by his dirty play towards the end of the game causing him to get a Red Card as well.

Since the game next week will be meaningless for the Magic, we are considering a scrimmage against Mercer University Mens team instead of just destroying Paul's team again.

Does anybody out there know a nice girl that they could introduce to Kevin so he doesn't have to spend Friday nights writing fiction.
Or, does anyone know Jafars number :-)

Kev - you may want to do a re-write !!!

Everybody has played everybody - Paul's team in 1st place - normal service resumed ;-)

How about an article on the Beers as we are still undeafeted for te month of April.

I think you guys need to change your team name. The way you guys are always whining about each other, I think you should change your team name from the Beers to the wines.

Also The Magic will redeem themselves next week.

We don't whine about the team. We talk about one thing on the team. You have been there in our team colors in the beer circle and you know the score.

You know I am just kidding guys. I am really close to signing on with the Beers as a free agent next season after I win my championship with the Magic this season.
Can't wait to see what color we are.

The way you played against Paul's team you may be a good replacement for Koot

We will redeem ourselves this week. Paul will be too shamed to even come to the circle.

Condolences to Paul for losing his father.

Guest @ 2014-05-05 16:20:27

Prayers go out to you and your family for the passing of your father Paul.

Thanks for your comments

So everyone thought it was ok to be downright rude to Paul when he had done nothing malicious on the field... But when you find out his dad died (I am extremely sorry for your loss) you can be all buddy buddy??? White magic? Hah. White wines sounds infinitely more appropriate.

Paul is my friend but I will say he did not deserve the second yellow for walking up to Barnard, but he did deserve it for the tackle he made on Barnard. Totally took him out from behind with the ball about 4 feet away.

Just a bad decision on his part. I have made just as many stupid decisions like that over the years. I can remember 2 occasions where I got a red card on the last game of the season where I missed the playoffs causing my team to loose. Obviously we would have won the championship if it wasn't for the red cards.

It happens sometimes.
